A. SCOPE OF APPLICATION:

The general terms and conditions apply to shipping within Austria, Switzerland and Germany. The prices at the time of the order apply.

B. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT:

PURCHASE ON SAMPLE

At GEIGER you buy on a trial basis, which means that you can return the delivered goods within 14 days without giving a reason. Deadline is sufficient for the timely dispatch. The purchase contract becomes effective upon receipt of the goods with your approval, but at the latest after the 14-day return period has expired. Silence counts as consent.

Custom taylored products are excluded from return!

C. DELIVERY:

The dispatch takes place within 3 working days after receipt of order. You will be informed immediately in the event of delivery delays. This does not apply to reduced goods: The following applies here: while stocks last. Most of our deliveries are made by DHL, quickly and reliably.

If the goods you have ordered cannot be delivered, we reserve the right to provide you with an equivalent product. You are of course free to accept this offer. If you do not want to accept the offer, please return the goods to us within 14 days. In this case, GEIGER bears the costs for the return.

D. SHIPPING CHARGES:

For shipping, shipping costs are charged depending on the order amount and the destination country. Please take the specific costs for your case from our shipping costs list. The following shipping costs are valid for online orders via www.geiger-fashion.com. Different shipping costs may apply for orders via other channels.

Payment by Klarna invoice

In cooperation with Klarna AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you purchase on account as a payment option. When buying on account with Klarna, you always get the goods first and you always have a payment period of 14 days. Payment is made to Klarna. Please note that purchase on account is only available to consumers. The online shop charges a fee of EUR 0.00 per order for purchases on account with Klarna.

Klarna checks and evaluates your data and, if there is a legitimate interest and reason, exchanges data with other companies and credit agencies. E. DUTY TO INFORMATION:

When registering your data, we depend on your truthful information. If your data changes, in particular your name, address, email address, telephone or bank details, please inform us immediately. Please ensure that the e-mail addresses you have given are available and that the receipt of e-mail messages is not excluded due to the closure or overfilling of the e-mail account. If you provide incorrect data, GEIGER is entitled to withdraw from the contract and to charge a processing fee. The declaration of withdrawal is made in writing. The written form is also reserved by fax or e-mail.

F. LEGAL:

The goods remain the property of GEIGER until they have been paid for in full. If the private end user is not domiciled in the European Union, the place of business of GEIGER is the place of jurisdiction. In dealings with end consumers within the European Union, the law of the end consumer's place of residence may also apply, provided that it is mandatory to comply with consumer law provisions. 

Online dispute resolution according to Art. 14 Paragraph 1 ODR-VO: The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Excluded from the guarantee are damage that can be traced back to natural wear and tear, improper use and insufficient or incorrect care.
