How does the return work at Geiger?
You can return unworn items free of charge within 30 days of receipt. After this period has expired, it is no longer possible to send it back.
We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving your package.
1. Register the return
Please register the return in the customer account first.
2. Package your item
Simply put the items and the return slip in the package and stick the return label on the package.
Please ensure that only the return label is visible on the outside and not the label of the original delivery.
3. Post your return
Bring your parcel to an Austrian Post branch or a Hermes ParcelShop. Shipping is on us! It is best to keep the issued return receipt until we have confirmed your return.
4. Receive a refund
After we have received the package, we will credit you with the purchase amount within 14 days.
Are you missing the return documents?
You can print out new return documents after you have registered your return in the customer account.
Are you waiting for the confirmation of your return?
After we have received your return, we will check what you have returned. Please give us up to 14 days for this.
